At Selasa, we strive to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. If, however, you need to return a product, please review the following policy.

Purchases from Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your Selasa product from an authorized dealer, distributor, or retail store, please contact the original seller directly regarding their return or exchange policy. Return approvals, timelines, and refund processes for offline purchases are governed by the respective dealer's policies.

Online Purchases

If you purchased your Selasa product directly through an authorized online sales channel or our official website, please email us at info@selasa.in with the following details:

  • Purchase invoice or bill
  • Order number (if applicable)
  • Product name and model
  • Reason for the return request
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging (if requested)

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 30 days (1 month) from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new (mint) condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, documentation, warranty card, and any complimentary items supplied with it.
  • The product must be free from scratches, dents, stains, modifications, or any signs of use or mishandling.

Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or are missing components or original packaging are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
  • Products showing damage caused by harsh chemicals, acids, toilet cleaners, bleach, tile cleaners, or other corrosive cleaning agents.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Special-order, customized, or clearance items, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Selasa reserves the right to approve or decline a return if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method may be arranged at Selasa's discretion.

Please note that shipping charges, installation charges, and any third-party service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, eligible refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment wherever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method may be arranged at Selasa's discretion.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges, installation charges, and any third-party service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@selasa.in with your invoice details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
